EIFS RESTORATION:

Repairs:

Make any minor repairs such as cracked corners, dings, dents due to rocks, snowplows or ice build-up.

Recoating:

Recoat all repairs to match existing colors or if your system has faded over the years, we can recoat the system entirely with a recommended elastomeric coating designed for EIFS Systems.

Sealants and Caulking:

Inspect all caulk joints around and within the EIFS system and remove and recaulk as necessary to ensure proper warranty.

Warranty:

Premier will conduct warranty inspections with manufacturer representative after completion and provide a written warranty of 5 to 10 years depending on coating system provided.
